We do have quality service and quality products.  When you contact us, you will be speaking to one of two people.  We have both automated emails and emails that we actually type out and send.  We treat each customer the same...as every business should.  If we do not know something, we are not going to act like we do.  If we cannot offer you the best price, we will tell you who sells the item cheaper.
